Honey Garlic n Soy Chicken

Hello there folks it's been so long I posted something here. And as my sister insisted recently, I'm posting here again :) Well today I've cooked something Chinese- Honey garlic n soy chicken. Now as life gets busy you can't really get enough time for fun stuff. I must apologize I haven't cooked this chicken from scratch, as I'm working as Assistant Chef in a local nursing home and also in an Indian Restaurant and being in this profession is physically quite tough, so it's quite tempting to just sit and relax than standing in kitchen for long. Now getting back to the recipe, I've only used Honey garlic n soy marinade from supermarket, BUT YES if you cook from scratch, it's gonna taste much better ;)

Stuff needed,,

250-300 gm diced chicken
pinch of salt n black pepper
honey garlic n soy marinade (enough to coat the chicken pieces)
1-2 tb sesame oil

1. Marinate chicken pieces and keep in fridge for almost an hour. Heat sesame oil in a wok and add chicken.
2. Cook the pieces on high flame until they turn slightly golden brown, lower down the flame and keep cooking till they are tender. Add salt and pepper.
3. Serve hot with bread or rice..

Oh well that was quite easy, but if you wish to cook from scratch then just marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey and crushed garlic.
