Curried Steak

So yeah this is what I had tonight for dinner, my fusion meal Curried Veal Steak, NOW steak and curry has no combination for sure as curry belongs to Indian cuisine and steak (eating, serving, selling, whatever) is completely banned in India. (NOW cows roam around stray in India, causing accidents, living worst life on streets, eating from garbage and dying horrible deaths, but ever touch them for eating or any other purpose, authorities will bug you like bloodhounds, *f word* dumbheads, NOW HUSH I DIDNT SAY ANY OF THIS) Anyways here is this beautiful Veal Steak which I prefer than Beef as it is healthier, tender and lean meat. I've just marinated that in spices, sealed and cooked with veggies.

Here we go
Any sized steak/cutlet/chop
Marinade (pinch of turmeric, salt, pepper, hot curry powder, vinegar, olive oil)
Veggies of your choice (I've only used 1 onion, 1/3 can diced tomato, few cloves of garlic and 2 carrots)
Oil for cooking
salt, pepper
1 tsp hot curry powder
dash of vinegar

1. Now first of all just marinate the steak and keep in fridge for 3-4 hours.
2. Heat some oil in frying pan and brown the steak on both sides, take it out, add chopped onions, garlic, tomato and carrots. Stir well.
3. Add salt, pepper, vinegar and curry powder, mix well and put the steak back in.
4. Cover the pan and simmer for atleast an hour, or till the steak is tender.
